On setting up the inspection, an inspection confirmation sheet, disclosure form and contract particular to the structure is provided.
We strongly recommend forwarding the inspection confirmation and disclosure form to the realtors and owners.
Setting the basis for the inspection and having the applicable information at the inspection makes a better knowledge base and understanding of the property.
