Site Inspection:

Ladders to inspect roofs and the exterior of the structure.
This, where possible, allows for viewing of difficult to see areas and/or areas that cannot be seen from the ground or with binoculars.

Educating you about the property.
Identifying within standards, defects, issues, and areas of concern as well as positive aspects of the property.
Comment may also be made regarding potential future areas of concern.

Photographs:

Photographs may be taken, printed and reviewed at the inspection. A photo CD may also be provided.
These are typically of roof, chimney, exterior coverings, crawlspaces, or areas not readily accessible.
For clients not able to attend, fully photographed or video taped inspections are available.

Reporting Inspection Results:

Review with client prior to leaving the site.

Full narative inspection reports.
Not a punch list, check list, commentary, or computer generated boiler type report.

Reports emailed the following day or the day after.
Hard copy mailed immediately.
