The confirmation and disclosure request forms confirm the inspection, outline procedures and required access and request general information about the proprty, i.e. history, information and disclosure, hopefully increasing the effectiveness of the inspection and your education in making an informed purchase decision.
On setting up the inspection, an inspection confirmation/disclosure form and contract particular to the structure is provided. A password will be given to you or the forms can be mailed or faxed.
